A long list of measurements is not automatically useful. BodyCheck organizes its current 12-marker configuration around three areas where repeated signals can support everyday wellness and performance decisions.
Exercise & Recovery
Training creates the stimulus; recovery is where adaptation happens. The Exercise & Recovery pillar brings together markers including ketones, magnesium, metabolic buffer, phosphate, and zinc.
The aim is not to reduce recovery to one score. It is to provide signals that can be considered alongside workload, nutrition, sleep, and how the athlete feels.
Hydration
Hydration is more than the volume of water consumed. Sweat rate, electrolyte loss, workload, environment, and recovery all change what an individual needs.
BodyCheck reads Specific Gravity and Chloride as part of its hydration view. Together, they can help move the conversation from a generic formula toward a more individual, repeatable picture of concentration and electrolyte balance.
Meals & Nutrition
Nutrition works differently from person to person and from day to day. The Meals & Nutrition pillar includes Dietary Nitrates, Alkaline Buffer, Mineral Load, Ascorbic Acid, and pH Balance.
These markers are intended to help users observe how routines and choices correspond with measurable output over time—not to diagnose a condition or prescribe treatment.
Patterns over isolated readings
A single test is a snapshot. The value of an at-home routine comes from repeatability: measuring under similar conditions, following changes, and interpreting signals in context.
