Hydration Biomarkers

Move your hydration strategy from "drinking water" to "managing hydro-dynamics."

Top performance is sustained through precision hydration. If nutrition is your fuel, hydration is the cooling system and conductor that keeps every cellular process firing at peak velocity.

Even minor dips in fluid inbalance can trigger fatigue, slow your reaction time, and limit your recovery. To dominate at the highest level, you cannot simply rely on thirst as an indicator

Your blood is the coolant for your engine. When you sweat, you lose blood volume. Your blood gets thicker.

  • Lower blood volume = Harder for the heart to pump.

  • Lower blood volume = Less oxygen to muscles.

  • Lower blood volume = Overheating.

Monitoring biomarkers in your urine allows you to calibrate your intake to your specific sweat rate and workload.

This is where the "Precision-Engineered Protocol" comes in. Every athlete sweats differently. Some lose 1 liter per hour; some lose 2. Some sweat "salty" (white crust on clothes), some don't.

By checking your SG and Chloride together, you get the full picture:

Chloride

Track electrolyte balance via Chloride levels. Monitor chloride levels, which can be depleted by sweat, caffeine, or low-salt diets.

Specific Gravity

Measure your urine's concentration to tell you if you are drinking enough water for your activity level.
